1. Warehouse storage conditions
Water-based paint should be placed in a dry, cool and ventilated place. A thermometer is hung in the warehouse, and a portable temperature measuring gun can also be used. The storage temperature should not be lower than 8°C and avoid direct sunlight. The warehouse can be installed with heating equipment such as air conditioners. The temperature at the farthest distance from the air conditioner should be greater than 8℃, but different types of water-based paints should be placed separately, and identification cards should be affixed, and the material number, name, quantity, and specifications should be filled in clearly. Record the temperature and humidity regularly, and fill in the temperature and humidity checklist.
2. Transport in the factory needs to be kept warm
The staff should calculate the amount of water-based paint used every day in advance. When picking up the materials, try to use a forklift to pull them into the workshop at once to avoid the temperature drop of the warehouse caused by multiple opening and closing, which will affect the storage effect and increase the energy consumption of the air conditioner. During transportation, the forklift driver must drive slowly in order to avoid shaking and dumping of the water-based paint.
