1. Nitro Lacquer NC
Nitro-lacquer is a relatively common wood and decoration paint. Its main film-forming material is mainly nitrocellulose, combined with alkyd resin, modified rosin resin, acrylic resin, amino resin and so on. Characteristics of nitro lacquer: easy to whiten in high humidity weather, low plumpness and low hardness. 2. Polyester paint PE
PE is a thick paint made of polyester resin as the main film-forming material. but its free TDI is beyond the norm. The harm of free TDI to the human body is mainly sensitization and irritation, resulting in many harmful symptoms to people.
Polyester paint PE: Under normal humidity and temperature, the surface drying time is generally 1~2 hours, and the actual drying time is about 24 hours. Allow the first coat to dry completely before applying the second coat.
3. Polyurethane paint PU
Polyurethane paint is polyurethane paint. The main characteristics are that it will foam when wet, and the paint film will become powdery. Like polyester paint, it also has the problem of yellowing. The construction process is complex, the construction environment is very demanding, and the paint film is prone to problems. Polyurethane paint contains benzene. Its harm to the human body involves causing blood diseases, cancer, respiratory diseases and so on.

4. UV paint
UV paint generally refers to light-curing paint. Light-curing coatings, also known as photosensitive coatings, are also known as UV-curable coatings. It requires a large investment in various equipment of the UV coating production line. The effect of the roller topcoat is slightly worse than that of the PU topcoat product. It is one of the most environmentally friendly paint varieties.
Generally speaking, UV paint will not dry if it is only exposed to sunlight without a curing lamp. Even if it looks like it is dried in the sun, it is actually dry on the surface, but not dry on the inside. Therefore, UV paint needs special production equipment to match the production, so as to achieve better coating effect.
5. Water-based wood paint
Water-based wood paint uses water as a solvent without any harmful volatilization. It is the safest and most environmentally friendly furniture paint so far. However, due to the influence of comprehensive factors such as coating effect and coating process, the market share of water-based furniture paint in China is still very low, but its low-carbon and environmental protection concept is the future development direction of furniture paint. It is believed that with the continuous advancement of technology, the application of water-based furniture paint will become more and more extensive.
At room temperature, the water-based wood paint film can be surface-dried in 30 minutes, and can be hard-dried after 2 hours. After hard-drying, it can be polished for the second coating of the same water-based paint.
