A. Pure solid wood window frame

B. Aluminum clad wood window frame
On the basis of solid wood windows, the aluminum alloy is attached outside, which improves the anti-aging ability of the exterior part of the window on the basis of ensuring the visual effect of part of the house.
C. Aluminum wood composite window frame
The main body is poured one-piece thermal insulation aluminum profile, and the interior side is decorated with solid wood strips. The indoor effect is the same as that of solid wood windows.
2. Application of Haisun water-based paint on window frame
A. The matching scheme of Haisun water-based paint
With the continuous development of technology and craftsmanship, the water-based paint for window frames has been gradually reduced from three types of primer, middle coat primer and top coat to two types of primer and top coat. The primer is generally applied twice. The first time is to deburr and wood bars, and the second time to color, so that the substrate is smoother and the color is more uniform. Since the primer has almost no paint film, the topcoat needs to be thickly applied. The thickness of the wet film is generally about 200um, and it can be sprayed 2-3 times as needed. For wood and white paint with high oil content, a corresponding sealing primer should be added to achieve the effect of oil sealing and anti-bleeding.
B. Process flow
Since it is solid wood, the moisture content of the wood must be controlled at 13±2, which varies according to different regions. The temperature of construction should be controlled between 10°C and 30°C. If the temperature is too low, the drying time will be greatly prolonged, and other problems may also occur; If the temperature is too high and the surface dries too fast, it will affect the leveling effect of the surface. The humidity of construction is best controlled between 40-70%.
After the white embryo is polished, spray the primer for the first time, polish it flat after drying, and then spray the primer for the second time; For wood with high oil content, the construction of sealing primer should be carried out; For white paint, the second primer is replaced with a sealer primer. After the primer is dry, the topcoat can be sprayed. It is best to add a small amount of color paste to the clear topcoat, so that the wood grain will be clearer and the anti-aging effect will be better.
C. Transparency effect process
White blank grinding → primer spraying → grinding to remove burrs and wood bars → primer spraying → light grinding → color repair → grinding and smoothing → spray topcoat
D. white effect process
White blank grinding → spray sealer → grinding to remove burrs and wood bars → spray primer → lightly sand, do not leak the bottom → spray white topcoat → sand leveling → spray white surface for the second time
E. Coating effect and final film properties
After the coating and construction of Haisun water-based paint is completed, the paint film is smooth and flat, with uniform gloss, no bulging, pinholes, shrinkage holes, white spots, etc., and there is no color difference on the whole, no paint leakage, no color fading, and good adhesion.
